Guided bone regeneration is a predictable, evidence-based approach for reconstructing alveolar ridge deficiencies to support dental implant therapy. This intensive course combines didactic instruction with a comprehensive hands-on workshop to provide practical protocols for achieving optimal clinical outcomes.

Renowned experts Dr. Homa Zadeh and Dr. Hom-Lay Wang will share their clinical experience and scientific insights regarding risk assessment, material selection, surgical techniques, soft tissue management and complication management in guided bone regeneration procedures.

Participants will develop the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to implement predictable guided bone regeneration protocols in everyday practice with greater confidence. Course topics include horizontal and vertical ridge augmentation, biomaterials and membranes, graft selection, flap design and release, graft placement and contouring, membrane stabilization, suturing techniques and strategies for preventing graft exposure.
