Course Description
The rapid growth of dental implant therapy has revolutionized patient care, offering functional and esthetic tooth replacement solutions. However, with the increase in implant placement comes a parallel rise in biological, technical, and esthetic complications. Clinicians are now faced with a growing number of patients seeking professional management of implant-related problems, many of which require advanced surgical and prosthetic interventions.
Peri-implantitis, an inflammatory condition of the peri-implant tissues, is the leading biological complication and a major cause of implant failure. This course will provide an in-depth exploration of the etiology, risk factors, and prevention strategies for peri-implantitis, as well as cutting-edge surgical and regenerative treatment approaches. Technical and esthetic challenges, such as prosthetic misfits, implant malposition, and peri-implant soft tissue deficiencies, will also be addressed in detail.
Through interactive lectures, detailed case reviews, hands-on workshops, and live surgical demonstrations, participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully prevent, diagnose, and manage complications in implant therapy. Faculty experts will share practical strategies and evidence-based protocols to help clinicians optimize both functional and esthetic outcomes in challenging implant cases.
By the end of the program, participants will be able to critically evaluate implant complications, select appropriate treatment protocols, and integrate multidisciplinary strategies to ensure long-term implant success.
